Living in today’s world has become increasingly stressful. Clients come to me wanting to learn how to better manage and cope with anxiety and fears, and to learn how to better relax. Meditation and mindfulness are both tools to detach from and overcome the everyday stressors that are often beyond your control. In other words, you may not feel in control of what is on your life’s plate, but you can control how to react and respond to what is on your plate. Developing a meditation and mindfulness practice that is unique to your needs is what we will focus on together.
