There is a fine line between emotional eating and an eating disorder. If you have one or both, we can work on this together. There is no one way to fix and control over-or under-eating. And, you can’t do this by yourself! It is imperative that you have support. When I work with emotional eaters, I tend to multi-task as your food coach and therapist. We have to uncover the underlying issues of ‘what’s eating you…not what you are eating.’ And, is so doing, redefining a food plan that works for you. Each person is truly unique in terms of what works for them.
