I work with teens (usually the youngest age 12), adults and older adults, and couples. Anxiety, depression, grief, transition, infidelity, communication issues, addictions, emotional eating, mind-body-spirit, and/or other issues related to clinical disorders and personal dissatisfaction are areas of speciality in which I work.

Therapy Sessions

A clinical hour for individual therapy is usually 50 minutes. Usually the first session is 80 minutes.
The goal is for you to feel safe and assured that your sessions are privacy protected and confidential. How often you come will be determined by the severity of your needs and what we agree to.
