At this day and age, the world is stressful. Clients come to me wanting to learn how to better manage and cope with anxiety, fears, and how to better relax. Meditation and mindfulness are both tools and ways of being to combat and detach from the everyday stressors that are often beyond the control of the person. In other words, you may not feel in control of what’s on your life’s plate, but you can control how to react and respond to what’s on your plate. Developing a mediation and mindfulness practice that is unique to your needs is what we will focus on together.
